She is known for her relationship-led approach and long-standing partnerships with both clients and candidates. Lucy combines deep market knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, helping firms secure the right support and guiding legal professionals through their next career move with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, Lucy’s schedule is just as full — she spends most of her time supporting her two children’s sporting activities and is often found on the sidelines of a football pitch or tennis court.

Her broad sector background, combined with her legal recruitment experience, gives her a well-rounded and practical approach to finding the right fit for both individuals and firms. Outside of work, Kirsty spends most of her time keeping up with her young son and miniature Dachshund, Ivy, alongside her husband — usually at soft play, visiting farms or out on long (often muddy) walks.
