Temporis Legal Recruitment Ltd (also referred to as “Temporis”, “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) are committed to protecting your data and treating all information with discretion and sensitivity. We ensure any personal data submitted to us will be treated in the manner outlined in this policy.

It is our policy that on registration with us we will require you to send over the following information:

  • A copy of your most up to date CV – including your most recent positions

  • A copy of your photo identification

  • A proof of address

  • Proof of right to work

  • Any references held on file

  • Copy of relevant qualifications

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

We may collect and process information about you, including but not restricted to the following information:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your postal address

  • Your telephone number

  • Details of your current and previous employment history

  • Education, training and qualifications

  • Sensitive data, including but not limited to, criminal offences and disciplinary hearings

It is not compulsory to provide us with every piece of information we ask for, however the more accurate the information provided the higher the likelihood of us securing you a position.

Your information will be shared to Temporis employees for the purpose of providing you with suitable recruitment services and finding you employment, including:

  • Providing you with information regarding a current or future vacancy

  • To match your details with our job vacancies

  • To answer your enquiries

  • To send information regarding any other recruitment opportunities we may have

  • Assist in helping you find suitable employment

  • To carry out market research (your data will be completely anonymised for this purpose)

We will never pass your details on to any third party or individuals without receiving your express consent to do so. Only with your consent will we disclose your details to any prospective employers. We reserve the rights to disclose personal information if required to do so by regulatory or law enforcement agencies if we believe that action is necessary. We will also disclose your information where we are permitted and requested to do so by law.

Use of Email addresses and phone numbers:

We do not send your email addresses or personal phone numbers to any third parties unless we have express consent from yourselves to do so such as for the purpose of securing you a suitable position. Where you have provided your email address to us we may send you email communications providing you with useful information for your job search, including but not limited to information regarding vacancies and interesting information.

Your obligations:

By registering with Temporis Legal Recruitment you are entering into a formal agency agreement.

All information supplied to you by us is highly confidential, including but not limited to vacancies and assignments or any other information which enables you to identify a firm or prospective employer. You agree that Temporis will make any introductions to such firms for both immediate and future roles and you will not share this information with any other agency or make a direct application to the client.

Acceptance of these Terms:

Using this website and registering interest with Temporis Legal Recruitment constitutes acceptance of the collection and use of your information and our privacy policy.

If so required you have a legal right to see a copy of all personal information we hold on yourself and can also ask for a correction on any information errors. You can request your file to be deleted please, but please be aware we may not be able to do so, particularly where your file holds information about our clients or financial information that we need to keep for example matters that relate to finance or tax matters. If we cannot comply with your request we will inform you of the reasons for failing to do so, we will anonymize your details and remove you from any future mailing lists or from receiving any future contact.

For the purpose of these terms the singular includes the plural and vice versa and the masculine includes the feminine and neuter and vice versa.
